Moldova poate reduce dependen\u0163a de Moldgres"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen Republica Moldova sunt cel pu\u021bin 11 zone cu poten\u021bial de energie eolian\u0103 nevalorificat, ce ar permite cre\u0219terea ponderii energiei verzi produse \u00een \u021bar\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la 30% c\u0103tre 2030, arat\u0103 datele preliminare ale unui studiu realizat de Proiectul Securitatea Energetic\u0103 a Republicii Moldova al USAID \u0219i care a fost prezentat Ministerului Energiei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eAceste rezultate urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie valorificate \u00een vederea organiz\u0103rii, p\u00e2n\u0103 la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul anului, a primelor licita\u021bii de c\u0103tre Guvern \u00een cazul parcurilor eoliene mari&#8221;, sus\u0163ine Ministerul Energiei, transmite&nbsp;<strong>\u0218tiri.md<\/strong>&nbsp;cu referire la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mold-street.com\/?go=news&amp;n=17090\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Mold-street.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>11 zone cu poten\u021bial mare de a dezvolta ferme eoliene<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potrivit autorilor cercet\u0103rii, au fost studiate 34 de arii cu poten\u021bial de energie a v\u00e2nturilor, fiind excluse traseele tradi\u021bionale ale p\u0103s\u0103rilor migratoare de-a lungul Nistrului \u0219i Prutului, zonele \u00eemp\u0103durite, pentru a nu d\u0103una mediului, la fel au fost excluse \u0219i zonele reziden\u021biale. \u00cen plus, s-a \u021binut cont de radarele \u0219i aeroporturile interna\u021bionale existente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Studiul a luat \u00een calcul infrastructura existent\u0103, distan\u021ba p\u00e2n\u0103 la cea mai apropiat\u0103 sta\u021bie electric\u0103, capacitatea liniilor, cele mai apropiate drumuri de acces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8222;Dup\u0103 o prim\u0103 triere, au rezultat 11 zone cu poten\u021bial mare de a dezvolta ferme eoliene. \u00cen cazul a trei zone, Proiectul Securitatea Energetic\u0103 a Republicii Moldova va extinde cercet\u0103rile, cu vizite la fa\u021ba locului, pentru a face m\u0103sur\u0103tori \u0219i a studia relieful. Alte componente analizate vor fi capacit\u0103\u021bile fizice ale re\u021belelor \u0219i calculele financiare&#8221;, precizeaz\u0103 Ministerul Energiei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scopul acestui studiu a fost de a ob\u021bine \u00een final pre\u021buri optime la energie electric\u0103 \u0219i instala\u021bii mai eficiente, pe \u00eentindere a zeci de hectare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Autorii studiului au \u021binut cont \u0219i de \u021bintele de decarbonizare asumate de Republica Moldova, concluzion\u00e2nd c\u0103 este real ca p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2030 s\u0103 fie construite parcuri eoliene cu putere instalat\u0103 de circa 600 MW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Aceasta este de circa trei ori mai mult dec\u00e2t puterea instalat\u0103 la Termoelectrica \u015fi de 4-5 ori mai mare dec\u00e2t puterea real\u0103 la cel mai mare produc\u0103tor de energie din Republica Moldova, f\u0103r\u0103 regiunea transnistrean\u0103.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potrivit Ministerului Energiei, exper\u021bii USAID vor oferi suport \u0219i Moldelectrica pentru a g\u0103si solu\u021bii pe componentele tehnice \u0219i a valorifica mai bine acest poten\u021bial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen cadrul \u0219edin\u021bei, ministrul Energiei, Victor Parlicov, a spus c\u0103 paralel se preg\u0103te\u0219te un mecanism prin care poten\u021bialii investitori care ob\u021bin rezervarea capacit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i avizele de racordare s\u0103 finalizeze proiectele \u00eencepute, dar s\u0103 nu \u021bin\u0103 capacitatea blocat\u0103 ani de zile, ca ulterior s\u0103 comercializeze aceste acte pe o pia\u021b\u0103 secundar\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cVrem s\u0103 cre\u0103m oportunit\u0103\u021bi de investi\u021bii egale pentru toat\u0103 lumea, iar cei care creeaz\u0103 bariere artificiale s\u0103 pl\u0103teasc\u0103\u201d, a fost mesajul ministrului.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Extinderea sectorului regenerabilelor mai departe este dificil\u0103<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De notat c\u0103 \u00een ultimul an se atest\u0103 un veritabil boom&nbsp;al fotovoltaicelor, \u00eenregistr\u00e2ndu-se o cre\u015ftere exploziv\u0103, gra\u0163ie investi\u0163iilor private.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pe de alt\u0103 parte extinderea sectorului regenerabilelor mai departe este dificil\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 o serie de reforme \u015fi modific\u0103ri de politici, sus\u0163inea&nbsp;anterior Carolina Novac, secretar de stat \u00een cadrul Ministerului Energiei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Func\u021bionara explica aceasta prin faptul c\u0103 energia ob\u0163inut\u0103 de la soare \u0219i v\u00e2nt este intermitent\u0103, adic\u0103 instala\u0163iile eoliene \u015fi solare pot s\u0103 genereze sau s\u0103 nu genereze energie, dar consumul r\u0103m\u00e2ne constant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eDeficitul de energie trebuie acoperit cu energie de echilibare, care e mult mai scump\u0103, iar noi pia\u021b\u0103 de echilibrare nu avem \u00eenc\u0103. Surplusul este din nou o problem\u0103 pentru sistem\u201d, afirma secretara de stat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dependen\u0163\u0103 periculoas\u0103 de Moldgres<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00e2n\u0103 atunci, \u00eens\u0103, re\u021beaua na\u021bional\u0103 nu poate absorbi at\u00e2t de mult\u0103 energie regenerabil\u0103, \u00een anumite perioade.
